If you’ve been following my Michelin Monday posts, you can tell that I’m almost done with all of the 2010 Michelin-starred restaurants! I still need dining partners for the following restaurants – please e-mail me (gracenotesnyc at gmail dot com) if you’d like to eat with me…I promise we’ll have a good time! We can talk about food, fashion, work, your favorite restaurants, basically anything that interests you. Think of it as a first date…but we’ll definitely split the bill and eat lots of good food. David has been with me to quite a few of the restaurants – look how happy he is at The Modern:

What do the stars mean? I’m jealous you’ve never been to Convivio – that first time is something magical. Please order the fusilli or make your dining partner order it.

Errr, if it isn’t clear, I mean the asterisks, not the Michelin stars… duh. lol.

The stars mean the restaurant is a new addition for 2010.

I actually ate at Convivio last night and ordered the fusilli – it was AMAZING! The rest of the meal was only okay (out of all of the Michael White restaurants, I still think Marea is the best, Convivio is second best, and ALTO comes in at third).

Hi Grace,

This is such a great idea? If I lived in NYC, I would definitely hit up these places w you. Sadly I don’t. I just stumbled on your blog through urbanspoon, so rather than be the annonymous stalker I wanted to drop a note and say HI!
