Bubby’s Tribeca

Ken and I went to Bubby’s late one morning for a brunch date downtown. Bubby’s holds a special spot in our hearts because we went on one of our first date’s there when we met back in 2010. For today’s brunch, I ordered the breakfast special, which included two poached eggs, bacon, a biscuit, and smashed potatoes:

Ken ordered a coffee and the market omelet, which comes with an arugula salad on the side:

I love the biscuits from Bubby’s and the potatoes (although Ken wants us to be healthier this year so I’m guessing there will be more salads in 2016!)
