Picnic on the 4th of July + Pirate’s Booty Giveaway!
How did you spend the 4th of July? I organized a picnic in Central Park with some friends and Pirate’s Booty sent over a ton of delicious snacks for us to enjoy:
Some of my favorite flavors were the aged cheddar (naturally) and a new favorite – Wisconsin cheddar smart puffs that are absolutely AMAZING. My favorite little girl, Faire, was especially fond of the Pirate’s Booty:
Here she is with my brother, David, discussing their favorite Pirate’s Booty flavors:
David tries to convince Faire that Bermuda Onion is the best flavor, but Faire likes all of them equally:
I love this picture of Faire – she lost her balance but continues to have a tight grip on her new snack:
Faire had a great time at the picnic with David because David kept feeding her Pirate’s Booty and cherries:
This girl has the healthiest appetite:
Want some FREE Pirate’s Booty? I’ll send you a treasure chest filled with 6 different types of booty if you leave a comment and let me know what you did to celebrate the 4th of July. I’ll pick a random winner on July 14th at 5pm!

What adorable pictures! Or rather, what an adorable little girl! I spent my 4th of july with my boyfriend and my family in NJ. A friend has an apartment right on the water so we were able to see the fireworks. It was pretty great!
The baby girl is sooooo cute. She must love that Pirate’s Booty A LOT!
Nice photos. There are so many awesome flavors of Pirate’s booty mentioned on your blog, I think I am going to take Faire’s position – They all seem equally amazing. I had to work on July the 4th to finish my boss’s job since he was traveling. I did manage to watch some firework on the Internet. In this day and age, I am just grateful that I still have a job.
i spent the Fourth sailing with my brother and his girlfriend on the SF Bay. the best part was all of us screaming right underneath the Golden Gate Bridge and listen to our screams echo the length of the bridge. Pretty awesome.
too bad all we did was munch on potato chips. now if we had some booty on our boat it would have been sweeeeeet.
I stayed home and watched the fireworks on TV! 🙂
Grace, that looks like tons of fun! I spent the Fourth doing a bit of working, then caught the fireworks from Mountain View. My fireworks photos were kicked up a notch when I figured out the whole ultra-long-exposure thing. Fun times!
Faire says the feeling is mutual, Grace! (She talks about you and David all the time.)
I was in Mexico on the 4th of July, so we didn’t do anything!
I flew home from Atlanta.
Darling! And I was happy to see Faire in a dress that we gave her! I envied you all being together in Central Park. But we also had a nice 4th in Atlanta, Georgia, where we flew to be with my parents and my sister’s family. We watched a community parade. My favorite part of the parade was a guy in pirate costume, looking and swaggering JUST like Johnny Depp. What more is there?
I love the Barbecue flavor. It’s easily my favorite. That kid has good taste.
